A-DATA continues to present new storage solutions sporting SSD technology and the latest model, N004, is actually a hybrid with both SATA 3,0 Gbps and USB 3.0 interfaces, which makes it possible to use it for both internal and external storage.
A-DATA N004 comes in the regular 2.5″ formfactor and has no protective cover like most other external drives. It weighs only 87 gram and the eight channel memory controller will deliver performance up to 200 MB/s read speed and 170 MB/s write speed.
The unit is the first on the market with both SATA 3.0 Gbps and USB 3.0 and will be available with 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB capacities. Prices were not disclosed.
