Nokia N80 is the latest in the series of cell phones in Nokia’s N-series and N80 is all about multimedia and is suppose to blend with your other multimedia equipment in your home. Nokia N80 is a SmartPhone which can communicate through wireless networks and work with e.g. your Media Center computer. Through the phones support for WLAN you can connect it to a Media Center PC where the phone can act, more or less, as a remote. You can also transfer, or stream, stored media from Nokia N80 to a TV in your living room or similar. Through support for WLAN and UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) Nokia N80 can connect to most digital units.

Nokia N80 is a 3G-mobile which can work with more or less all nets, 3G, WLAN, EDGE and GSM. Just as earlier models of the N-series N80 offers a very nice display with a resolution at 352×416 px that can show 262K colors. Nokia N80 is overall a phone rich with features where a 3Mpixel digital camera and support for 2GB miniSD memory cards are other highlights. Unfortunately we won’t see Nokia N80 until the first quarter of 2006.
