Nokia 6630 Music Edition is the latest in the row of cell phones which can also act as music player. We’ve earlier seen Sony Ericsson launch W800i and Apple’s cooperation with Motorola ROKR for a iTunes phone. 6630 Music Edition is a tweaked version of Nokia’s 3G-telefon 6630. The phone will be shipped with 256MB memory card for storing songs but 6630 supports RS-MMC memory cards up to 1GB. You also get a SD/MMC-cardreader and for transferring music you can either use Nokia’s software direct to the telephone or via the cardreader.
Nokia 6630 Music Edition has an integrated camera at 1.3Mpixel and is the first cell phone from Nokia designed for playing MP3s. We are still waiting for Nokia N91 which seems to be a really capable media phone with 4GB storage and to be perfectly frank Nokia 6630 Music Edition hasn’t really got anything revolutionising to offer.
