NGO are known for their optimizations of NVIDIA’s video card drivers. However lately they’ve also started to work with optimizing ATI’s drivers as well and have earlier released a version of Catalyst 6.4 with the regular control panel, that at least your’s truly really appreciates. The new version brings some image quality optimizations, but also the possibility to set the drivers to an optimized memory mode where cards with 256MB or more should be able to gain some performance from the more efficient memory handling.
