We reported yesterday about how Japanese overclocker Kyosen had set a new SuperPi 1M world record, but since then he has improved it once again. The ”old” record only lasted a few hours before he improved it. And it’s no small decrease in time either: from 15.468 to 14.734 seconds. Not only that, but the previous Aquamark 3 record was crushed with about 20 000 points (!), and the reigning time with Hexus PiFast is now 27.66 seconds. Finally 3DMark05 was tested as well, with a final score of 20380. All tests were performed with a processor frequency at about 3.4GHz and with what seems just air cooled video cards, which only enhance the achievement.
