Zalman has launched the new processor cooler CNPS 9900 Max that continues with the sunfeather design coolers. The new model uses Zalman’s patented composite heatpipe technology to handle heat outputs up to 300 watt.
Zalman CNPS 9900 Max ships with a mounting kit fitting Intel 1156/1366/775 and AMD AM3/AM2+/AM2. The cooler builds around a 135mm LED fan with PWM control that can be set at two different modes, normal or quiet. Noise will be between 18 and 30 dBA when the fans pins between 900 and 1800 RPM.
The cooler measures 94 x 131 x 152 mm and weighs 730 gram. The entire cooler is painted pearl black with nickel coating, and a red or blue LED fan for visual affection. The price is 70€ and that includes a tube of ZM-STG2 paste.
