About six months ago Creative announced that it had patents for the navigation system Apple was using with its family of iPods and considered taking legal actions against Apple, now it seems that it has finished pondering as information now states that Creative has filed a complaint to the U.S International Trade Commission that could result in that Apple is forbidden to sell its iPods in the USA. Creative has been looking for an investigation that will reveal whether Apple has intruded Creative’s ”Zen patent” and except from stopping Apple’s marketing and sales of the players Creative hopes to receive reparations for the economical damage Apple’s patent intrusion has inflicted.
