About a week ago Apple launched its new media player iPod Touch. The new iPod has been proven to be closer related to the Apple iPhone than previous generations of iPod, but as both Apple’s media players and mobile phone have been huge successes this is not necessarily a bad thing. Even if iPod Touch looks very promising in front of the camera it doesn’t mean automatically mean that it is good media player. The first reviews have started to surface and over at PCMag.com they’ve published a quite positive article.

”iPods have been evolving quickly in their short existence on this Earth. The iPhone and the iPod touch, however, seem to be several leaps ahead of the excellent iPod nano or, for that matter, any other player on the market.”

They really dig into the new player, everything from the stylish design crowned by the same beefy LCD the iPhone has, to the support for YouTube and wireless networking. Apple iPod Touch has already appeared in stores in North America and will come to our region of the world September 28.
