Windows Media Player 11 is expected to arrive in June as a beta from Microsoft and even if WMP11 for Windows XP won’t have the same functionality as the Vista version it is still expected to bring many and big improvements over WMP10. Those who doesn’t want to wait until June for WMP11 there is a leaked build of Microsoft’s new Windows Media Player, an early build that is. At Softpedia you can download WMP11 (~23MB) and it only requires a geuine copy of Windows XP/2K/2003/Vista/XP X64. WMP11 will offer considerably better handling of large music libraries, a completely new graphical interface, better synchronizing with external units and much more. Don’t hesitate to share your experiences with the new WMP in forum if you’ve tested it.
