My Book-familjen förlitar sig på en ensam hårddisk för att skapa en slimmad extern lagringslösning och Western Digital har med andra ord använt sitt senaste 2TB flaggskepp för att utöka kapaciteten. Den nya 2TB hårddisken dyker upp i My Book Studio Edition, My Book Mac Edition, My Book Home Edition och My Book Essential Edition. Priserna för de externa hårddiskarna startar på runt 2600 kronor.
