Corsair is one of the leading memory manufacturers on the PC market and lately it has made big progress with its series of power supplies. Corsair has like most major manufacturers offices around the globe, but its head quarters is located in Fremont California, a place Anandtech has visited. In a recent blog entry Anandtech’s Christoph Katzer has published pictures from Corsair’s research and development center, which contains tons of nice hardware to be used for testing and pushing Corsair’s memory modules and power supplies.

They managed to get inside the manufacturing plant where they got to see how Corsair fits its memory modules with heatspreaders to help cool the memory circuits.

Here they also found a new kind of heatspreader that Corsair will use with its coming memory modules. Judging from the design it looks like a new mid-range series, but more than that was not revealed.
