Tip of the day! – Empty the recycle bin from any folder

We recently tipped you on how to remove the Recycle bin from the desktop and here comes a follow up. Only Windows XP.

Open the registry editor:
Run > regedit
Locate the key: 
”HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\”

Create the key: {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

Now ”Empty recycle bin” will appear on every folder in the Explorer.

To add to the drives as well locate the key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\
and add the same key as above.
