The tip of the day can, and should be, used by those who write a lot mails and are tired of writing a phrase or signature at the end of each mail.

With most e-mail clients you can add an automatic e-mail signature to the end of all mails. A very easy and effective methode for those who send a lot of mails. With Outlook 2003 you do as follows if you want to add an automatic signature.

With Outlook go to Tools and then Options, click the tab E-mail format. At the bottom Signatures you pick your account, if you have more than one, and then press the Signature button. 
Here you can create your own signature, save it and enjoy as you don’t how to sign your e-mails anymore.
