Patriot Memory releases 256GB Warp v3 Solid State Drive

Patriot Memory was one of the first to jump onto the Solid State Drive market and now that it has announced its third generation Warp SSD it brings several magnificent specifications. First of all the storage capacity has been boosted to relatively impressive 256GB. Patriot Memory’s 256GB Warp SSD v3 doesn’t just store a lot of data, but it can handle it at quite rapid rates. Like many other SSDs of the latest generation of MLC models, Warp v3 sports a read speed at 240MB/s and a write speed at 160MB/s.
