Minnestillverkaren Patriot Memory har tillkännagivigt en ny minnesmodulför den mobila marknaden och deras Patriot Signature SODIMM modul må vara liten till storleken, men kapaciteten är stor. Minnesmodulerna som är av DDR2 modell har nämligen en kapacitet om 4GB vilket är ganska imponerande med tanke på SODIMM modulers begränsade storlek. Patriot säljer minnesmodulen separat men även i ett tvåkanalskit med en kapacitet på 8GB. 4GB minnesmoduler är svåra att få tag även för vanliga desktopdatorer så det är spännande att se högkapacitetsmoduler som dessa dyka upp även för den mobila marknaden.
