Palit har nu lanserat två nya egenutvecklade GeForce GTX 285 grafikkort som skiljer sig från NVIDIAs referensdesign för kortet. Palit har först och främst använt sig av en egen kylare som med två stora fläktar ska hålla kortets temperaturer på en behaglig nivå. Det som är kanske ännu mer intressant är vad som döljer sig under ett av modellernas kylare, nämligen hela 2GB GDDR3-minne. NVIDIAs referensdesign och Palits ena kort har 1GB minne, men toppmodellen har hela 2GB minne vilket kan ge fördelar i extremt minneskrävande applikationer.
