DreamHack Summer 2007 will be the ninth event which NordicHardware will be an important sponsor. We will supply the hardware support, but that’s just a small part of what we do at DreamHack. Among others, we will arrange a number of competitions together with hardware manufacturers Antec and Corsair with fine prizes worth more than $1,000. In other words, there will be plenty of visitors that will go home with an extra bonus. Those who doesn’t win any prizes can always enjoy all of the other hardware we will be displaying during DreamHack Summer 2007.
Together with processor manufacturer Intel and component manufacturer ASUS we have gathered the latest hardware money can buy, no matter if we look at the processor or graphics card market. With Intel’s latest processors and both NVIDIA’s GeForce 8800 Ultra SLI and AMD/ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT CrossFire multi-GPU systems available you can count on a number of enjoyable displays of raw computer performance.
To make sure that we squeeze every little bit of performance from these pieces of hardware we’ve given it to our overclocking gurus Robert ”Crotale” Kihlberg and Marcus ”Kinc” Hultin. They will be hunting new performance records at DreamHack Summer 2007 using everything from regular air cooling to liquid nitrogen.
We will also have Intel’s V8 platform to show and who knows, maybe this is what we need to power our favorite game Bunguru Wa.
