Nokia has lately been working with price cuts to get the sales going for its mobile phones. It is disappointed in how the market has received its new N series and has therefore started to cut prices with these models with up to 10%. Nokia will soon present its figure for the last period and is expected to present positive figures, but analysts believe it has had a slow period on the European market, which would explain the low sales of the N series since this is the main market for these phones. We assume that Sony Ericsson and its Walkman series is a big part of this and we eager to see how this will develop.
