Nintendo DS has made much fuzz while Sony PSP has been creating headlines all the time lately. Nintendo DS is the pure gaming expereince while PSP has a broader audience. You can easily get the impression that Sony PSP would be the best sellig of the two, but so far Nintendo DS has sold better, or at least the most. Over 5 million consoles has been sold up to March according to Nintendo. The goal is to sell another 5-6 million units before March 31st 2006. Sony has so far sold ”only” about 2.5 million PSP-consoles but that is only in the USA and Japan. Its plans are the least to grand as it are expecting to sell over 12 million units until 31 mars 2006. Source: The Register
