Scythe has announced three new Slip Stream series fans. They all measure 120x120x25mm and all ship with some form of fan control. Scythe Slip Stream 120 PWM uses automatic temperature regulation to keep the fan between 0 and 1300 RPM, maximal 26.5dBA. Slip Stream 120 Adjustable has manual control and ships with a PCI controller while Slip Stream 120 PWM & V.R has both.
Scythe’s fans use sleeve bearings and will good enough for 30,000 hours of use. Prices are around $90 to $140.
