Mushkin has announced the third generation of XP modules. Dating back to the days of DDR, Mushkin has been shipping high-end modules delivering performance to those who seek it. Mushkin says that the XP3 series will bring the same level of relative performance as the previous generations did. Three kits have been announced; two XP3-12800 (1600MHz) kits with modules of identical specifications except from the capacity, 1 vs. 2GB. The third kit runs at slightly higher speeds; 1800MHz.

Slightly high voltages, but nothing out of the ordinary. The timings are in the range of what we would expect from high-end modules. We’re looking forward to what these can do in the hands of some good overclockers.
