Mushkin has announced that its new flagship DDR3 modules, HP3-10666, available as both single 1GB modules and kits of two 2x1GB, will start shipping out to stores in the coming weeks. The modules have 6-7-6-18 latencies, and are, as far as we know, based on chips from Qimonda Elpida. The modules use Mushkin’s FrostByte heatspreader to keep them cool at all times, and have all been handtested before shipment. The modules comes with a lifetime warranty, and like all other Mushkin memories, a guaranteed overclocking potential. There was no word on the price of the modules, but if you happen to miss it, these were the modules used by Kinc and Shamino to break 27,000 points in 3DMark 06 just recently.
