Mozilla has now launched a new site for its add-ons, also known as extensions. Most of Mozilla’s products use these small and simple extensions, which make it possible to expand the functions of the applications. Through the years the extensions have become quite many and to ease the search for the right one Mozilla has launched addons.mozilla.org. On the new site you can find reviews of extensions, an improved search function, loads of language supports, tools for developing new extensions and a new test program to ensure the quality of these. Mozilla has also published more and more detailed information about how to create, support and distribute extensions.
