In about two weeks NVIDIA will finally launch the much anticipated GeForce GTX 400 series. The Fermi architecture that is the base of GeForce GTX 480 and GTX 470 has been postponed so many times and NVIDIA has a lot of things hanging on this launch. So far it has been quite good at keeping the information secret, but over the last week or so more and more information have started leaking, even pictures of GTX 470.

The pictures published at pctuning.tyden.cz shows NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 470 from several angles and even if we didn’t get any clear pictures of the whole card it has once again been confirmed that the card uses two DVI connectors, and one mini-HDMI output. The power will come from two 6-pin PCI Express connectors.

The drivers shows that the card will ship with 448 CUDA processors and 4000MHz memory frequency over a 320-bit memory bus. In just a few weeks we will be offering the first benchmarks with the GeForce GTX 400 series.
