SuperTalent USB 3.0 Express RAM Cache is a new series of USB memories sporting extra 32MB DRAM cache for better transfer rates with small files. The new USB memories that was presented earlier this summer has now started shipping.
SuperTalent claims that the DRAM cache makes the USB memories up to 110 times faster than non-cache USB memories. SuperTalent USB 3.0 Express RAM Cache is based on the new SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface and comes with an aluminum coating and measures 87.5 x 25 x 8 mm.
Moving a lot of small random files is hardly the most common with USB memories, but can still come in handy for those who are looking to run an operating system from a USB stick.
