Listan has announced that it will make changes to all current Straight Power models with new 8-pin PCIe 2.0 graphics card power connectors (6+2 pin), upgraded electronics with reduced ripple and noise by up to 50%, new case embossment, and optimization of the 3.3 V rails to compensate for the increased load caused by the processor from time to time. The new models also have a modified fan controller to make the power supplies even quieter and safer. We’ve tested both the Straight Power and Dark Power, during benching and regular reviews, and we’re quite fond of them. The new models will cost €54.90 (350 W), €61.90 (400 W), €69.90 (450 W), €79.90 (500 W), €89.90 (550 W), €99.90 (600 W), €109.90 (650 W) and €124.90 (700 W).
