PC builder Lenovo is on the offensive. Information on coming models has leaked and they do look interesting, especially the notebooks. Lenovo is going with the flow and is about to launch a really thin 13″ notebook called IdeaPad U350. As expected it has chosen Intel’s energy efficient CULV platform for its 25mm thick notebooks, which together with a starting price of around $650 makes Lenovo’s IdeaPad a really hot challenger.

With several processor alternatives in 1.4GHz Core 2 Solo SU3500, 1.3GHz Pentium SU2700 and 1.2GHz Celeron 723 processor and up to 8GB RAM it is a complete computer in a slim design. Lenovo IdeaPad U350 is expected to arrive in July.
