According to analysts at DisplaySearch the prices of LCD TV panels has now started to stabilize and in some sizes the prices of LCD panels will go up. LCD TV panel prices have been dropping for a very long time now. Unlike the LCD technology, the Plasma TV panels still have the same price trend. The prices are dropping fast and according to DisplaySearch the Plasma prices are dropping twice as fast as equivalent LCD prices. With these figures in mind it seems that Plasma can gain the upper hand when it comes to the pricing and we’re to see what this will do to the retail market.
