Shaman is a new graphics card cooler from Thermalright. The cooler has eight heatpipes that transfers the heat from the base to a large aluminum heatsink. On top of this sits a 140mm fan for both quiet and efficient cooling.

Thermalright has shown in the past that it can build good graphics card coolers, e.g. Spitfire, a big but efficient cooler. Thermalright Shaman is also big, but as the successor to the T-Rad2 model it is a bit easier to handle.Even though it has a 140mm fan it installs alongside of the cooler and doesn’t add that much to the size of the cooler.

Thermalright has now posted a preview of Shaman on YouTube. The cooler will be compatible with more or less all popular graphics cards on the market (NVIDIA: GTX460, 465, 470, 480  and ATI: 4850, 4870, 5850, 5870).

It doesn’t reveal any specifics on the performance of the cooler, but the focus is on extreme overclocking and little noise. For cooling of the voltage regulators it recommends one of its huge VRM-R models, which makes it a pretty expensive package deal.
