Kingmax DDR3 1333 is the latest module from memory manufacturer Kingmax, and while the speed is far from astounding, the capacity is quite good. Kingmax DDR3 1333 is namely available in both 1GB and 2GB capacities. The modules use Elpida chips in CSP FBGA packaging with an operating voltage of only 1.5V, and Kingmax says that there is plenty of overclocking headroom here. Considering the relatively low operating voltage and Elpida chips we have to agree that there seems to be potential here. The modules have 5-5-5-15 timings, also good, and are of course fully RoHS compliant. There is no information about the price or availability of the modules though.
