The KDE project has announced that version 4.0.3 has been released, and it brings plenty of updates. The most noticeable are perhaps the stability and performance updates of KHTML and Konqueror, but also tons and tons of bugfixes. They are closing in on version 4.1, but as you can see from the feature plan there is still a lot of work to do. Until then you can always fetch the latest update from KDE.org or via your distributions update system as soon as they add it.
