We’ve seen a number of ports f games to various handheld multimedia devices, everything from Tetris to Sony PSP and now Doom to iPod. Yes, they have managed to transfer the old classic Doom to iPod photo and even if this is hardly a 5 min project to make it work it sure looks cool like hell. To be able to run Doom onyour iPod you need an iPod with color monitor and Podzilla, a Linux project for iPod. Podzilla uses the iPod’s scrollnavigation and buttons as controller in the game, perhaps not the most convenient solution but then again ”Doom iPod” would kick so much ass.
