Intel sues Intell, again

Intel has earlier been in disputes over its name, for those of you who don’t know it Intel is an abbreviation of INTegrated ELectronics, with Intell Detection Systems. Now it has run into another Intell, Intell North Investigations. Back then it was a company that installed alarms, which perhaps is a possible mix up with the huge chip manufacturer, but this time the company performs, among others, background checks and investigations. Which you would think is even harder to mix up with the actual Intel, but the fact is that Intel is going out even hard this time: Consumers are likely to be confused that Intel is the source or sponsor of the goods and services provided by, or is affiliated with, Intell.
