Intel Mac mini has been available for about a week now and the first reviews have statred to appear. At Ars Technica you can find one of them as they take a cloesr look at Apple’s Mac mini with Intel’s Core Solo. Unfortunately they’ve not tested the Core Duo model, but along the reference systems with find several Mac systems based on both IBM and Intel processors. Even a MacBook Pro with Core Duo processor. Intel Mac mini is practically identical to the predecessor Mac mini G4 by the looks of it, but under the hood things are a lot different, which shows in the tests. They seem very pleased with Apple’s new creation and one of the few cons is the integrated graphics circuit from Intel, a choice Apple has gotten a lot of bias for.
