s.O.t. Italy and its member roro has now published the next result in the hunt towards the first SuperPi 1M result below 9 seconds. They’ve managed to push their processor up to incredible 5615MHz at best, not a record, but really close. They had to go down to 5551MHz during the pi benching, but still managed to reach a fantastic result in the form of 9.093 seconds and done so with both cores activated. The hunt for the magical 8 second round continues and we can nothing but wish them all good luck and hope that the result comes soon, there is simply a limit to how much liquid nitrogen one can afford.
