Gigabyte is really trying to satisfy the gamers with both performance hardware and accessories. When we unboxed our Gigabyte GeForce GTX 590 we found a gaming mouse in the package and it has now launched a new mouse for the gamers; Gigabyte Aivia M8600.

Gigabyte Aivia M8600 is basically a wireless mouse, but can also use a wire. The mouse ships with a 1.8m long USB cables that connects to the front of the mouse and charge the batteries while playing. 

Aivia M8600 uses laser optics with a resolution from 100 up to 6500 dpi and the mouse can handle acceleratoins up to 50g. It measures (L)134.3 x (W)72.7 x (H)42.7 mm and weighs 148 gram. Beside the laser optics Gigabyte has given Aivia M8600 32KB memory for storing five different profiles or 70 different macros for the Ghost Engine technology.

The mouse will offer battery times up to 50 hours at continous use and has a replaceable battery. Gigabyte ships the mouse with a charge station that also acts as a wireless transmitter. The price will be around 110€ when Gigabyte Aivia M8600 starts shipping next week.
