Gigabyte has been doing the Super OverClock (SOC) with handpicked GPUs and custom PCBs for some time now, enabling more stable voltages and higher overclocking potential. It has now updated the GTX 560 Ti SOC with a new revision that has a new circuit board and a cooler with two larger fans and visible heatsinks.

Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti SOC is also known as GV-N560SO-1GI-950, and is clocked at 950/1900 MHz GPU/shader and has 1 GB GDDR5 at 4580 MHz with a 256-bit memory bus. Besides that the graphics card has, like all SOC models GPU Gauntlet, which is simply a handpicked GPU.

The new revision comes with Ultra Durable VGA+ and a new Windforce cooler. Unlike the old cooler on the GTX 560 Ti SOC it doesn’t have a plastic cover, but is completely nude with two fans on top, about 100 mm big. The cooler consists of four copper heatpipesv and 40 aluminum fins.

The new graphics card is expected to arrive shortly and will cost the same as the current GV-N560SO-1GI-950.
