GeForce 7900 GTX is the name of NVIDIA’s new flagship and the speculations about the new architecture have been many. Now when NVIDIA release its cards it is actually not with raw power, something we know we’re capable of (read: GeForce 7800 GTX 512MB), but instead efficiency. Not just when it comes to the performance, but also the manufacturing to cut costs for its circuits. We will take a closer look at NVIDIA’s new cards, and ATI’s equivalent to these the time to come with a number of reviews and articles. First up is the flagship GeForce 7900 GTX that gets a chance to stand up to its extreme predecessor, GeForce 7800 GTX 512MB, and ATI’s own flagship and king of performance Radeon X1900 XTX.
