Now that memory manufacturer G.Skill has unveiled its latest series of Solid State Drives it has made a big change. Instead of turning to JMicron its criticized memory controller, G.Skill has chosen to endow the Falcon series with NAND flash controller from Indilink. Exactly which controller is unclear, but it is most likely the same used by OCZ with its popular Vertex series. G.Skill Falcon comes with 256GB of storage and write speeds up to 190MB/s with 64MB cache to avoid stuttering.
