2006 is without a doubt the year of the widescreen monitors. We’ve seen numerous new monitors arrive this year and more will come. Most of these are somewhere between 19″ and 24″ big. Most buyers though, like myself, are mainly interested in the smaller ones, a lot thanks to the staggering prices. The problem with 19″ is that they got a rather low resolution though, but that can be fixed by moving up an inch to the 20″ panels and perfectly enough Bit-tech has now published a rewiew of five 20″ widescreen monitors. It turns out the most expensive one isn’t actually the best, but at the same time playing cheap will cost you.
