Dell wasn’t quite satisfied with last year’s revenues. Mainly because it had to lower its prices, which resulted in smaller margins. However if there is any part of the PC-market where we have a big margin it’s the ”luxurious section”. Or more precise systems that contains the absolutely latest components which in turn are bought by consumers with have way to much money. Dell will therefor launch a new XPS-series geared towards the really demanding users, gamers and consumers who simply wants the absolute best you can find for money. The prices for desktop PCs will start at $1099 and the portable at $2700.
