NVIDIA C51 is a coming chipset for AMD’s K8-platform and what makes it unique is that it is nVidia’s first chipset for the K8-platform that offers integrated graphics. nVidia hasn’t released any information yet regarding this chipset but now Biostar has ”accidently” revealed some details. Their barebone Biostar iDEQ 330N will namely use this chipset and in the speficications for the barebone you can read some interesting details. First of all the C51 chipset will use technology form the GeForce 6-series for the integrated graphic circuit. The sound circuit is perhaps a bit out of the ordinary as well as Realtek supplies support for up to 10 channels (Realtek ALC882, 8.2-channel).
