ASUS Xonar Essence STX drar nytta av våra PCIe platser

ASUS fortsätter sin utveckling av ljudkortsserien Xonar och man har nu lanserat sitt senaste kort under namnet Xonar Essence STX där man bland annat slår sig på bröstet för vad ska vara marknadens bästa Signal-to-Noise Ratio. Med ett specialjordade kretsar ska Essence STX skicka ut ljudsignalr i 124 dB SNR vilket ska vara hela 64 gånger så klart som de flesta integrerade ljudkretsar. Ljudkortet har även utrustats med en integrerad hörlursförstärkare för dem som använder mer krävande lurar vid datorn. Men kanske bäst av allt är att kortet använder sig av PCI Express X1 gränsnittet istället för det åldrande PCI-gränssnittet. Priset ska ligga på runt 2000 kronor.
