Apple’s new flash based mp3-player has revealed a few weaknesses, both with the monitor and a very easily scratched casing. The problem with the monitor is a rare situation though as only a tenth of a percent has had this problem, while the scratches is a fact you wil have to live with, and especially with the black version, because Apple only takes blaim for Nano’s with monitor problems. This had forced a group of people to take legal actions against Apple. They hope to get their money back and a portion of Apple’s earnings. Source: Appleinsider
