AMD has while waiting for the Radeon HD 6900 series to arrive presented the eleventh driver for the year, Catalsyt 10.11. Some of the news are performance optimizations for the Radeon HD 5800 series and bug fixes for games like World of Warcraft and Battlefield Bad Company 2.
AMD has optimized performance with ~3% in Battleforge with Radeon HD 5800, one GPU and multiple – with antialiasing. With the same graphics card performance improvements in Stalker Call of Pripyat will be aorund 5%.

It’s worth mentioning that Catalyst 10.10e hotfix is still the recommended driver for the Radeon HD 6800 series. Support for these cards will be implemented in Catalyst 10.12.
