Ageia has many partners for spreading its PhysX card, but also games with support for it. The Inquirer now reports that Dell, which is one of the biggest partners Ageia has, has lowered the price of Ageia’s card to $166. Clearly a more affordable price, we have to say, and it’s definitely a step in the right direction for Ageia and PhysX’s establishment as the physics standard. We’re not there yet, but with an increasing amount of games supporting PhysX while the competition’s solutions are more or less absent, with some exception of Havok 4, things are looking well for Ageia.
