A-DATA has announced new 4GB DDR3 modules for all kinds. A-DATA has launched 4GB DDR3 modules for regular desktops, notebook, workstations and servers. It points out at that the new 4GB memories will be available at all standardized speeds for the various platforms. The new memories will appear at A-DATA’s website soon and alas there were few details in the press note.



But A-DATA seems decided to be in the lead among memory developers and now we’re just waiting for others to follow with more cheap 4GB models. Prices of A-DATA’s modules are yet to be announced, but they are covered by the customary lifetime warranty.
