More pieces are added to the assembly. The forward floodlights (the translucent pieces) and the drive units (the long blue tube) are a nice touch, making it look more like the original. The blue tube really makes it look like the ship can make the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs. You can also imagine that somewhere, deep in those pieces. Luke, Solo, Obi-Wan and the droids hid in the Falcon’s smuggling compartments after being tractor pulled into the original Death Star.

Putting on the side part and completing the starboard mandible. The two mandibles have different pieces making them more detailed and fun. Also, the building of the cockpit has begun. Han Solo has modified the Falcon so that most of its major systems could be accessed through the cockpit.

Completing the port mandible and beginning to put on the duralloy and armor plating. The Falcon has duralloy plating over most of its vital areas and a sheet of armor plating taken from the ”Liquidator” aft of the starboard docking arm. In addition, the ship is equipped with a set of advanced Kuat Drive Yards, Novaldex, and Nordoxicon shield generators ”liberated” by Solo from the Myomar shipyards. These shield generators provided the Falcon with warship-grade shielding, allowing it to survive laser hits that would destroy an ordinary YT-1300.

Putting on more plating and fitting the ”passageway” to the cockpit. Also, some details have been added. Now it is starting to look like the Falcon we know and love.
