Tip of the day! – Command prompt command history

The tip of the dayis for those who work a lot with the Windows XP command prompt and would like a good overview of what you’ve done.

Most of you are most probably pretty comfortable working with the command prompt and we have earlier told you of a number of tips you can use with it. Something that can become annoying after a while is that you don’t have good overview, I.e. if you don’t want to kill your mouse scroll.

There is a built-in quick command for precisely that though. Simply press F7 and you will get a list of the commands and where you did them.
