Pentium M 780 is apparently Intel’s next flagship of their mobile processorseries Pentium M. So far there are no official information from Intel about a seuqel to Pentium M 770 that works at 2.13GHz. But already now a 2.26GHz version of Pentium M, 780, has been sighted in Japanese stores. This is hardly the first time this has happened and can’t really find any reasons not to believe that there will be an official launch of Pentium M 780 very soon. The new Pentium M features a processorbuss at 533MHz and a L2 cache at 2MB and will work at 2.13GHz. Source: Laptop Logic
